- Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes until Gallicianò and 4 hours from Gallicianò to Bova
- Length: 18 km
- Difference in height: Uphill 1,100m - Downhill 530m
Note: Before leaving, it is essential to ask about the water flow in the Amendolea river and about crossing it. If the water flow could not allow to cross it, we advise you to reach Bova following the path no. 152 - Amendolea/Bova of the land register of the Aspromonte National Park paths, which you can also found on the Naturaliter Map.
